1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using the music promotion services offered by Melodi / Noras ("we," "us," or "our"), you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use our services.

 

2. Scope of Service

We provide music promotion through Meta advertising (Facebook and Instagram). This includes:

• Strategy and planning of ad campaigns

• Campaign setup and targeting

• Budget management

• Performance monitoring during campaign run

We do not guarantee:

• A minimum number of streams, followers, sales, likes, or engagement

• Playlist placements or editorial features

• Any specific return on investment (ROI)

 

3. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide all necessary materials in a timely and accurate manner (music links, artwork, bios, target audience, etc.).

• You must own the rights to the music and media you are promoting.

• You must ensure your content does not violate Meta’s ad policies or any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if your content is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of any platform rules.

 

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before the campaign begins.

• All fees are non-refundable. Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details.

• You agree not to initiate chargebacks for services delivered as agreed.

 

5. Campaign Timeline

• The typical setup time is [1–3 business days] after payment and receipt of all necessary assets.

• The length of the campaign depends on the agreed ad budget and strategy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Meta’s review process or platform outages.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that results vary based on multiple external factors, including algorithm changes, market trends, and audience behavior.
We are not liable for:

• Low engagement, plays, or conversions

• Account restrictions or bans imposed by Meta

• Loss of revenue, business opportunities, or reputation

Our liability is limited strictly to the fee paid for the service rendered.

 

7. Use of Data

We may use anonymized campaign results (e.g., reach, engagement) for promotional or case study purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

 

 

 

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of the region where the business is based.
