Melodi and Noras (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offer music promotion services through paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). By purchasing our services, you (“client” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Performance Guarantees

Our services involve the creation, management, and execution of advertising campaigns on Meta platforms to promote your music. While we strive to optimize every campaign for visibility and engagement, we do not guarantee a specific number of streams, followers, engagement, or any other performance-based outcomes.

Meta's advertising results depend on various factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Audience behavior
• Algorithm changes
• Music genre, quality, and appeal
• Budget and targeting constraints

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our services and the allocation of advertising budgets directly to Meta platforms, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance, including (but not limited to) situations where:

• Your song receives less engagement than expected
• The promotion results fall below your personal expectations or predefined thresholds
• You change your mind after the campaign has started or budget has been spent

Once a campaign is launched, ad spend is committed and cannot be reversed.

3. Client Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the music being promoted meets all platform standards, is fully cleared for commercial use, and is appropriate for the intended audience. We reserve the right to refuse service for content that violates Meta’s advertising policies or applicable laws.

4. Disputes

By purchasing our service, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes due to performance dissatisfaction. If you have concerns about your campaign, please contact us at [your email address] and we will do our best to address them constructively.

You can expect 5-20 new listeners a day after the campaign is at full speed. It takes 2-3 days to find the right targets and get the campaign up to speed.
